The staff's exceptional service truly stood out, especially a gentleman who made sure our check-in process was smooth and accommodating. Though the laundry services were a bit pricey, the efficiency and quality results were commendable.The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities such as a comfortable bed, a nice waterfall shower, and blackout blinds for a peaceful night's sleep. The convenient location allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily, including Scotia bank arena and Nathan Phillips Square.The hotel's facilities, such as the restaurant with long hours, pool, and strong WiFi, added to the overall value of our stay. The friendly and welcoming staff further enhanced our experience, making Novotel a reliable choice for both affordability and comfort in Toronto.In conclusion, Novotel offers a solid value proposition for visitors looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the city.
